Strategy and craft, end to end

I'm a product design leader who designs and ships enterprise, financial, stablecoin, and identity platforms and applications. I lead the whole arc, from strategy and product definition through workflows, prototyping, and launch.

I move fluidly between setting direction and building the real thing. I shape product strategy and systems, then stay hands-on to prototype and ship, using AI-assisted design-to-code with Figma, Claude Code, VS Code, Cursor, and GitHub. I partner closely with product and engineering to turn ambiguous, regulated complexity into clear systems and experiences.

I'm drawn to hard, open-ended problems, the ones without a clear brief yet, where the stakes are real. I bring product, engineering, and business together around a shared direction, and I care about how things get built, with the vision in mind.
